Is the Solo tier really free forever?

Yes. Solo is completely free with no time limit, no trial period, and no credit card required. Safe to Spend, quotes, invoicing, receipt filing, your customer database and VAT threshold alerts are all included — we will never retroactively charge for features currently in the free tier.

What's the difference between Solo and Pro?

Pro removes the 10-jobs-a-month limit and unlocks getting paid on the spot — Pay Now via QR code, email link or on-device checkout, bank details on your invoices, an extra seat and priority support. Everything in Solo comes with it.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. No contracts, no lock-ins. Your data stays with you regardless of which plan you're on.
